Therapist in Massachusetts

A Massachusetts group practice of licensed therapists treating anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship struggles, in person at seven offices or by telehealth statewide.

Therapy Services for Every Stage of Life

Anxiety, depression, grief, a struggling marriage, a child who has suddenly changed. These rarely show up one at a time, which is why our team of more than 45 therapists offers a full range of specialties under one roof, so you and your family can get coordinated care in one place instead of piecing it together across different practices.

Counseling Near You in Seven Massachusetts Communities

Seven offices anchor our practice across the state, in Easton, Franklin, Raynham, Hopkinton, Lakeville, Seekonk, and Buzzards Bay, backed by a full telehealth division that reaches clients anywhere in Massachusetts. Wherever you live, there is a practical way to start working with one of our therapists this month, not next year.

Each office is staffed by licensed clinicians who see children, teens, adults, couples, and families, so you can choose in-person sessions close to home or a telehealth appointment from your own living room, and switch between the two as your schedule changes.

Why Massachusetts Families Choose Elevate Counseling

What began as a single therapist’s private practice has grown into a group of more than 45 clinicians, because demand for compassionate, well trained counselors kept growing. Today our therapists hold licenses including LMHC, LICSW, and LCSW, with additional certifications in EMDR, perinatal mental health, trauma treatment, and play therapy.

Our mission is to be a welcoming community of behavioral health professionals held to the highest standard of care, guided by four values:

Compassion: person centered therapy, empathy, and genuine care.
Growth: personal, professional, and spiritual growth for clients and clinicians alike.
Integrity: doing our best, and doing better when we know better.
Ingenuity: creativity and flexibility in how we support your goals.
