Lindsey Miele, MS, Seekonk, Easton
Lindsey Miele, MS – Seekonk and Easton
Licensed Track Clinician
A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, with my MS in Clinical Mental Health in Counseling 2023, I’m a dedicated therapist with a passion for helping individuals and families unlock their potential and thrive. With experience in home-based therapy, inpatient adolescent care, and family-focused support, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients of all ages, from young children to adults. Throughout my career, I’ve seen how powerful therapy can be when it’s personalized to meet each person where they are.
One of the unique aspects of my practice is my use of music therapy. I believe music has an incredible ability to foster connection, self-expression, and healing. Whether through guided listening, creative exploration, or simply sharing music together, I use music as a tool to help clients navigate their emotions and deepen their self-awareness.
I’m deeply committed to empowering women and strengthening families. My work focuses on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and helping people develop healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Whether working with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, or family dynamics, I approach each session with a strengths-based perspective, guiding clients toward lasting positive change.
I use an eclectic mix of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, MI, play therapy, and art therapy, tailored to fit each client’s unique needs. I also incorporate trauma-informed care to ensure that every person feels heard, safe, and supported in their healing journey.
Outside of the therapy room, I find inspiration in music, crafting, and spending time in nature. I hold a deep belief in this quote from Taylor Swift: “Sometimes giving up is the strong thing, sometimes running is the brave thing, sometimes walking out is the one thing that will find you the right thing.”
I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and help you navigate your path toward healing, growth, and stronger connections.

Jessica Bernier, LCSW, Raynham
A dedicated and compassionate therapist with a strong commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s most challenging transitions—whether that’s mental health struggles or the profound experiences surrounding the end of life. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Simmons University in Boston and my Bachelor’s from Northern Arizona University, but my education goes beyond textbooks. It’s rooted in the belief that every individual deserves to be supported, heard, and empowered to explore their own path to healing. I’ve had the privilege of working in both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings, providing care to clients of all ages, from children to older adults. Through this diverse experience, one universal truth stands out: there is a delicate balance between accepting life as it is and our inherent desire for change. This duality is at the heart of my therapeutic approach—creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel empowered to explore themselves, their experiences, and their potential for growth.
I draw inspiration from humanistic and transpersonal theories, integrating evidence-based modalities like Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also incorporate mindfulness practices, guided imagery, and grounding exercises to help clients build resilience, find inner peace, and cultivate a sense of agency in their lives. In addition to my work as a therapist, I am a certified End-of-Life Doula through the University of Vermont, specializing in providing compassionate support for individuals and families navigating the complexities of end-of-life transitions. This work is incredibly meaningful to me, and I approach it with deep respect for each person’s unique spiritual beliefs, existential questions, and the process of meaning-making. I am committed to offering individualized care during these profound moments, helping guide clients through grief, acceptance, and the peaceful resolution of life’s final chapter.
As an RYT 200 Yoga Teacher, I also believe in the transformative power of body-mind connection. I integrate elements of yoga, meditation, and self-care into my personal and professional life, recognizing the importance of maintaining balance and well-being. Outside of my professional life, I find grounding and inspiration in nature, reading, and meditation—practices that help me remain present and connected to the world around me. I believe this quote from The Lord of the Rings captures the essence of my work: “All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.” It is a reminder that we have the power to shape our lives, our healing, and the way we approach each moment. I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your own journey toward growth, healing, and transformation.
